Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform moderate physical labor.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and processing items.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team leads and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
