Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect Stock: Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items for orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
