Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
