Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely handle packages and freight using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders according to pick lists.
- Inventory management: Assist with stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and other material handling tools.
- Facility maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye for accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Teamwork: Must work well within a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing.
- Work history: Reliable work history is preferred.
- Eligibility: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
