Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pack and label merchandise securely for safe transport to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and stock inventory items in designated storage areas efficiently.
- Assist in the fulfillment process by picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- No criminal record or felony convictions (standard background check).
