Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to load and unload shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with 100% accuracy using handheld scanning devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: No experience required. We welcome candidates looking to start a career in logistics.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
