As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets, shelves, or conveyors.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in the organization of the stockroom and fulfillment areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for shift work).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
