Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying items.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for this role.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
