Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle products from delivery trucks and convey them to storage areas or shipping stations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, tagging, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety labels.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions precisely.
