- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using scanning technology.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment (standing, bending, lifting).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
