Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand tools as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all candidates from scratch. A willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts (Day, Swing, or Night).
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team structure.
