Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory for shipping and receiving.
- Pack and seal products securely for transit to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
