Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using manual dollies and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high accuracy rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and completeness.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
