Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport items using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from shelves and pack them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock room organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs related to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students are welcome to apply.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
