Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise and prepare for storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely with proper training provided.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
