Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from the shipping and receiving areas safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (upon certification), and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
