Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory onto shelves or pallets.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in month-end inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- No criminal background check required for entry-level roles (upon successful completion of training).
