Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment in an accurate and timely manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and movement.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick lists.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
