Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, including shelving and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
