Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Unload incoming trucks and organize stock according to established layouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
