Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to SOPs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus.
