Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and lifting techniques.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to optimize workflow and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
