Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage shipments accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Inspect packages for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders according to strict shipping standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and completing paperwork.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
