Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and verify incoming and outgoing stock using RF scanners.
- Packaging & Shipping: Perform quality checks on packaging materials and prepare items for shipment according to strict guidelines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Ability to operate heavy machinery (Forklift certification is a plus but not always required).
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
