Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and comprehend safety guidelines.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for driving duties).
