Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
