Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan merchandise to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and safety quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
