Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with system records.
- Prepare packages for shipment by weighing items, labeling them correctly, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders, inventory levels, and shipping status.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Forklift certification (OSHA) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
