Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, adhering to all safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
