Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the Inventory Control team.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience (1+ years) is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
