Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages onto trailers using pallet jacks and scanners.
- Sort, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Move inventory throughout the fulfillment center using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality checks on shipped items to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments (loading docks).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
