Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) after paid certification
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and organization tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
