Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
