Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by tagging, scanning, and organizing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and time standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
