Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and freight using appropriate equipment and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan and record incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights.
