Our facility serves a major client base, and we are expanding our team to meet growing demand. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from our docks to our customers' doors.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate packing materials and methods.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF equipment to scan barcodes and verify orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve bottlenecks.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
