Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace policies.
- Overtime Support: Willing and available to work overtime shifts during peak seasons to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to read pick tickets.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
