Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders or receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (First-In, First-Out) to optimize storage.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to update stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading shipping labels and performing inventory counts.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
