What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure our products are handled with care and delivered to our clients on time.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate records.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform daily cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Customer Service: Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid forklift certification preferred.
