Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train!
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Basic computer skills for logging hours and tracking inventory.
