Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification preferred but training available).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
