Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean and organized to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays (crucial for overtime opportunities).
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
