Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
