Responsibilities
- Select and verify products for orders using handheld scanners with 99% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure proper organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and picking.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
