Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package and label items securely for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantities, descriptions, and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
