Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order accuracy and package items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
