Responsibilities
- Pick and verify products accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Label, barcode, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily quality checks and maintain a clean work area (5S standards).
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
