Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality assurance and potential damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping manifests to minimize returns and errors.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
