Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, packaged securely, and ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any picking discrepancies.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail stocking role is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
