We are currently seeking dedicated Picker Packers to join our high-energy team in New York City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that every order is picked, packed, and shipped with absolute precision.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify product accuracy and quality before packaging to minimize returns and errors.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a tidy work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided) to move heavy inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
